Outsourced Staffing

Staffbuilders Asia has outsourced over 1000 professions to both local and international large-scale corporations. With 47 years of experience, this division has mastered the art of taking its client’s business standards into account and integrating them with their own expert strategies to find employees of the right fit. They offer management assistance, monitor employee growth, and even train outsourced employees to ensure productivity.

Staffbuilders Asia provides multiple helpful services to their clients. Firstly, Outsourcing finds clients high-quality employees that meet all their needs. Project Management issues skilled employees for fixed-term projects, and Staff Augmentation offers seasonal staff depending on the client’s needs. Staffbuilders Asia also has services for the convenience of the client. Their Messengerial service assists local and multinational clients with courier services for convenient pick-up and drop-off of documents, and their Payroll system can issue e-payslips, generate reports, compute taxes, etc.

Additionally, John Clements also recently held a Renewal and Rejuvenation Leadership Conference. Participants traveled to Colorado Spring, USA, and spent their days in class, analyzing case studies and studying. Professional Staffing

The Professional Staffers Division works closely with internal recruiters to scout young talent and develop their skills so they can properly fulfill clients’ needs. Direct Placement Services scouts professionals for staff to middle management level positions. The Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team manages the recruitment process from end to end for efficient and smooth operations, from learning the client’s needs to onboarding. The Japan Desk specializes in fostering relationships with Japanese clients through John Clements’ partnership with Persol Holdings, Japan’s largest staffing firm. They offer consultancy, recruitment services, and Japanese Language Proficiency Training Services.

Overseas Recruitment

EDI-Staffbuilders International is a subsidiary of John Clements Consultancy that aims to bring Filipino talent to the world stage.
