The USA Needs Thousands of Registered Nurses

EDI-Staffbuilders International—a 100% subsidiary of John Clements Consultants, Inc.—and Avant Healthcare Professionals were featured on TV Patrol by news correspondent Zen Hernandez last September 13, 2022, to give updates and insights about the USA’s dire need for registered nurses in the next 5-10 years.

According to Marissa Zaharoff, President of Avant Healthcare Professionals, the USA will be needing two million healthcare professionals in the next ten years—or 200,000 per year until 2030.

Cesar Averia Jr., President & CEO of EDI-Staffbuilders International, further stressed that it’s now easier to qualify as a registered nurse in the USA—fresh graduates, who are board passers, without hospital experience, can now apply. Additionally, NCLEX and IELTS certifications are no longer needed.
