He envisioned a future where AI personal assistants could enhance individual expertise and representation, advocating for the positive, long-term benefits of AI in society.

Bernard Marr, a futurist and best-selling author, highlighted the era of hyper-innovation we are entering, driven by multiple transformative technologies. Marr underscored AI’s potential to democratize healthcare and education and touched upon ethical considerations and the importance of human roles in leveraging AI for a better future.

Bridging Generations with AI

In an engaging closing session, Indian actor Anil Kapoor, alongside Vasanthi Hariprakash, shared his perspectives on staying relevant amidst generational shifts. Drawing parallels between his enduring persona in Bollywood and the adaptability required in the tech world, Kapoor emphasized the blend of technology and human creativity in storytelling, affirming that the essence of creativity remains distinctly human.

Reflections and Future Directions

The NASSCOM Summit not only underscored India’s significant contributions to the global tech landscape but also illuminated the path forward in the age of AI. Through discussions on the technological, societal, and ethical aspects of AI, the conference provided a comprehensive outlook on leveraging AI to augment human capabilities, enhance global well-being, and navigate the challenges of tomorrow.
