The 9th Youth for Leadership Summit (Y4LS 2023), organized by John Clements Consultants, Inc., has recently concluded with resounding success. The event, which attracted nearly 3,000 attendees both online and onsite, revolved around the theme “Energize, Inspire, and Empower Future Leaders,” providing an enlightening look into modern human resource management and an empowering experience.

In the third segment of the summit, titled “Career Currents: Riding the Waves of Youth Trends,” three distinguished speakers in the human resource development field shared invaluable insights into the ever-evolving job market landscape, the future of work, and how today’s youth can adapt to these changes for career success. I had the honor of moderating this segment, where I engaged in discussions with a distinguished panel that included Dominic Roi D. Gepte, a Recruitment Associate at John Clements Consultants; Jay Nuñez, CHRP, who holds the role of Country HR Head at QIAGEN Manila; and Tanya Cusi, a seasoned HR professional. Tanya previously served as the Head of Human Resources at UNO Digital Bank, spearheading startup initiatives and fostering an agile work environment.
