RITA M. ESTELLA Vice President Staffbuilders Asia Speednet Shop'nChek

Rita joined John Clements Consultants Inc. in 1988, where she first worked as a Production Consultant, moving up progressively to become a Senior Supervising Consultant, Managing Consultant, and eventually Director for Sales and Recruitment.

Her joining the company in the late 80's signaled an increased focus on the outsourcing services offered by John Clements through Staffbuilders Asia, several years before the outsourcing boom in the Philippines . Outsourced human resources services such as Recruitment, Project Management, Payroll and Compensation administration and Benefits administration were all unbundled under Rita 's direction, making these services more adaptable and flexible towards Customers' needs. Rita also introduced the Business Center , Telesales and Accounting Support Outsourcing Services, the ultimate in John Clements's staff augmentation products.

In addition, she is in charge of Shop'n Chek Philippines , a licensee of Shop'n Chek International, making its services available to clients who need an edge in market research. Lastly, Rita manages Speednet, Inc., a fully-owned John Clements subsidiary that offers outsourced courier and mailroom services, from delivery, pickup and collection services to full-cycle and unbundled mailroom outsourcing.

Rita today serves as the Vice President of Staffbuilders Asia, Shop'n Chek Philippines , and Speednet, Inc.

Rita holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas.
