MARIO A. BISCOCHO Vice President / Managing Director John Clements Executive Search and Selection Division Human Resource Development Consulting

Mario graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, and he earned MBA units from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. He has attended numerous training and development programs, locally and internationally.

He started off his career with Philippine Business for Social Progress, a non-profit foundation, where he got involved in assisting various communities in their small business projects. He then moved on to do consulting work for a local training and organization development firm, Organization Builders, handling large local and multinational accounts.

Mario joined John Clements Consultants in 1986, handling sales and business development, and he has since been part of the Executive Committee of the Executive Search & Selection Division (ESSD). He has been instrumental in bringing in and sustaining the prime accounts of ESSD. He has been at the forefront of initiatives in sales and business development, in terms of markets and new products, as well as marketing for ESSD. He previously assumed leadership responsibilities at the two other business units of the John Clements Group, namely Professional Staffers and PT John Clements Indonesia .

Today, Mario is the Vice President & Managing Director of ESSD. He concurrently heads the Human Resources Development Consulting Division (HRD Consulting). He is also a member of the Board of Directors and the Management Committee of John Clements Consultants, Inc.
