With over twenty years’ experience in the human resources industry, Grace has only the best to offer in terms of executive search, large-scale recruitment, outsourcing and professional staffing. She spent 16 years honing her skills in the executive search business, handling senior search engagements and placing countless executives in levels as high as general manager, president, or director.

As the Vice President and Managing Director for Professional Staffers, Grace was responsible for setting up the division’s assembly-line recruitment process, which streamlines the method through consultants who specialize in the specific stages of recruitment. Grace has also examined these processes through a Six Sigma framework, eliminating non-value-added processes as a result. In addition, Grace has handled large-scale recruitment projects with companies in the telecommunications, business process outsourcing, and pharmaceutical sectors. Because of this, John Clements professional staffing is a major player in the human resources industry today.

Moreover, Grace has managed the Jakarta operations of John Clements, supervising the executive search, large-scale recruitment and outsourcing engagements there.

A certified Targeted Selection Administrator and Recruiter, Grace has trained several John Clements recruiters in Targeted Selection methods to speed up recruitment projects. Grace holds a Bachelor in Science Degree in Psychology from the University of the Philippines and has completed academic requirements towards a Master of Science in Industrial Psychology from the Ateneo de Manila University.
