John Clements Signs MOA with Camarines Sur

In the spirit of innovation, Camarines Sur Governor Luis Raymund Villafuerte, Jr. signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the leading human resource firm in the country, John Clements Consultants, Inc., on May 17, 2005. This tie-up is part of the governor’s workforce development initiatives.

Both parties, through this MOA, aim to implement the “Train the Trainer” Program. Here, English teachers will be trained using high quality professional development and training programs in current ESL methodology to hone their skills in teaching English.

Camarines Sur is the first provincial government to be approved for IT Park.
