A month after its opening, the John Clements Job Store in the Festival Mall in Filinvest Corporate City , Alabang steps up its recruitment output yet again. Now, scores of people are processed every day—almost a hundred-percent increase from last month's numbers. These visitors are taken through John Clements's one-day recruitment process, which guarantees a client interview and even a job offer for those who pass. This is one of the fastest and most accurate recruitment processing systems in Philippine human resources, and is poised to deliver qualified candidates to bridge the human resources gap in the BPO industry.

The Job Store not only concerns itself with the assessment of candidates but also the expansion of the talent pool. Candidates are trained using Small-group Communication Methodology, a training program developed and refined over the years at John Clements. These training programs are conducted twice a month at the Job Store on weekends.

The John Clements Job Store was established primarily to service the large call centers who have operations nearby, in Alabang.
