John
Clements Services Group Holds Corplan Session
by Paul Catiang
Two days before New Year’s Eve, the Services and Operations
group of John Clements Consultants took a close look at the company’s
activities in 2005 and plotted their course for the coming year.
In the spirit of dedication to professionalism and high-caliber
human resources services, the group left no stone unturned when
it came to critiquing their operations in 2005 and looking for
ways to improve them.

Aside
from the reaffirming annual reports from marketing, information
technology, credit and collection, accounting, payroll, administration
and human resources, the services group also conducted brainstorming
sessions to tackle the challenges of 2006 with greater efficiency.
Ideas were floated to find new and improved ways of cutting costs,
maintaining high morale and fostering team spirit. Everyone participated
in an activity that enumerated and explained the things that John
Clements Consultants should avoid, eliminate, preserve and achieve.

With
2005’s improvements noted and successes celebrated, John
Clements Consultants is more than ready to face the greater challenges
of 2006, ever striving for the highest standards in professionalism.
