To qualify, Registered Nurses must have passed the CGFNS or NCLEX exams and the IELTS or TSE exams. Physical Therapists should be NPTE and TSE exam passers to qualify, and Occupational Therapists must have passed the NBCOT exam. All applicants were asked to bring the following: two copies of IDs with photos, certification from the Professional Review Commission, results to TOEFL/TSE/IELTS/CGFNS exams, results to NCLEX/NCBOT/NPTE exams, three 2x2 ID photos, a detailed resumé, their transcript of records, a diploma from their country of origin, two reference letters, a copy of their birth certificate, and a copy of their passport. Over 500 health care professionals were screened in this nationwide recruitment drive.
