John Clements Scores Huge Successes with Training Clients

John Clements has been working on a major expansion project for Sutherland Global Services in Pampanga in the Clark Free Economic Zone. Candidates for call center positions are undergoing training before being hired by Sutherland. John Clements has delivered about 1,000 classroom hours of training to a few hundred candidates so far.
Of these candidates, more than 90 percent have been offered positions as call center agents once they have completed the training. All partners in this program are extremely happy with the results. One senior Sutherland executive said, “Without the dedication of the trainers from John Clements, we would never have been able to deliver on our promise to our client.”
Training sessions are running for 16 hours a day, five days a week. Soon, the entire process of delivering training will be a round-the-clock activity. The entire project in Pampanga, when finished, is expected to fill the new call center with almost 1,500 agents servicing at least two major Sutherland clients.
Another client has instituted a pilot project using John Clements to up-train their near-hires, making them employable in their own operations. This project is scheduled to run for seven weeks covering four classes. So far, John Clements has obtained a 90 percent and above hiring rating from the graduates of this program, including one class that passed all members into the client's workforce. |
