John Clements Presents Passion for Fashion

On May 5, 2007, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM, John Clements presented Passion for Fashion, a fashion show displaying the collections of the stores in the Festival Mall at Filinvest Corporate City. This was part of the human resources firm’s first-year anniversary for its Job Store.

Fashion was the theme of the celebration: jobs, like clothes, were available in specially-made job-fitting rooms. Applicants and candidates entered the booths and took a short personality test that determined which job would fit them best. Much like trying on clothes, the job-fitting rooms gave candidates a chance to visualize themselves in other professions, and perhaps even some jobs that would make good use of their talents and skills.

The fashion show underscored this theme and provided spectators with several useful pointers for corporate dressing and reminded jobseekers that with the coming of summer also comes the promise of change—whether in clothes or in careers.
