John Clements Executive Placements Surge

In recent months, an increase in the number of successful placements of executives has been noted among the accounts held by John Clements. The reasons behind this increase are varied and numerous.
On the demand side, there is an almost-constant need for new leadership and upper management in the call center and BPO industry. This applies to both startup companies and more mature organizations looking to expand their operations; startup companies need executives, supervisors, and managers to get their processes up and running within short time frames, and older companies are slowly expanding and are developing new leadership niches for interested executives. “A lot of internal promotions and movements have been taking place,” a senior consultant at John Clements notes, “and this is also one of our major demand sources.” Expansion into the provinces has also increased the demand for executives; as the local talent pools are tapped, the need for people to lead these regional workforces also increases.
While the bulk of the demand comes from the BPO industry, some other industries are also in the process of re-emerging and are also in need of people to manage and develop these businesses. “These recent increase in successful placements happened across industries,” observes Mario Biscocho, Vice President and Managing Director of John Clements. “Other industries have been perking up as well, and they're providing us with more and newer challenges to our capacity to place executives.”
Regardless of the reasons, the increased availability of executive positions and of executive professionals provides John Clements with several opportunities to facilitate the placement of leaders during a time when the local economy's health is improving and its ability to support more industries and businesses is increasing. |
