English Teachers Are Always Welcome

Now more than ever, proficiency in oral and written English is considered not only an essential tool in penetrating the job market for aspiring employees, but also a key factor in the hiring and recruitment processes of many companies.  With the rapid growth of the BPO industry, the need to further elevate the Filipinos’ competence in English verbal communication is of utmost necessity and importance. John Clements believes that this can be accomplished through effective training in verbal and written English, and has partnered with a number of companies to address this need. 

Because of the expansion plans of our clients, the need to fill in seats with orally proficient, English-speaking Customer Sales Representatives and Technical Support Representatives is of utmost importance. John Clements has developed and executed polishing English training programs that have proven to be very successful and effective, delivering and placing call center agents who speak English fluently and accurately, with renewed confidence, and with a deeper understanding of different foreign cultures.

With the call to train more candidates going into the contact center profession, the need of John Clements to have more qualified trainers in our pool is also felt. We are looking for trainers who are native or near-native speakers of English, who are needed for contract positions working as corporate trainers.  We have a large client base requiring many different forms of training from advanced level English, business and email writing, customer care and sales, communication techniques and many other forms of training.

We are looking for motivated and experienced people to help us serve our clients in the classroom to prepare their employees to work with their native English speaking clients.

Training for these positions is offered.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or higher
Previous training experience is preferred
English teaching experience a plus
