John
Clements Consultants Envisions the Future in 2006 Corplan
by Paul Catiang
From January 23-24, 2006, John Clements Consultants filled a function
room of the Manila Polo Club to review the accomplishments of
2005 and, more importantly, what 2006 has in store for them. The
proceedings were attended by all divisions and subsidiaries of
the human resources firm, following the example of Carol Dominguez,
President and CEO; Cesar Averia, President and CEO of EDI-Staffbuilders;
Mario Biscocho, Vice President and Managing Director of the Executive
Search & Selection Division; Grace Sorongon, Vice President
and Managing Director of Professional Staffers; Rita Estella,
Vice President of Staffbuilders Asia; and Andi Mohammad Hatta,
President-Director of PT John Clements Consultants Indonesia.
Tully Moss, President of the Magellan Alliance, US consulting
firm, was master of ceremonies.
Aside
from exchanging financial reports and performance reviews, the
company also engaged in teambuilding activities and brainstorming
sessions in the spirit of exploring new ideas for the new year.
The event was also highlighted by the guest speaker, Mr. Reza
Baqir, the Resident Representative of the International Monetary
Fund, who spoke about the economic progress the Philippines has
achieved thus far and what 2006 has in store for the country.
Ending on an inspirational note, President and CEO Carol Dominguez
gave a moving speech on how integral people—and the people
of John Clements Consultants—are to the execution of company
plans.
In
2006, John Clements Consultants will not rest on its laurels,
and will instead continue the search for the best services in
the human resources field.
