REQUIREMENTS:
Lead the team responsible for performing Quality Audits for a Technical process and provide Call Quality Analysis on Technical and Communication parameters, provide weekly / monthly reports on a timely basis to the process, co-ordinate with respective Business Coaches / Training Team / AMs / TLs / to identify BQs, do in depth quality analysis and freeze action plans accordingly, work closely with the E-Talk team to ensure regular call records are uploaded / recorded as per targets,audit for Communication and Technical parameters of different business segments, set or improvise Quality Audit and Reporting Process.
