PURCHASING EXECUTIVE
(Multinational Call Center)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- STPI Registration
- Updating records required for PEZA, Csutoms, Import Regulations
- Insurance Updating (Overseas, Assets & Marine Insurance)
- Day to Day Commercial Operations
- Processing of Purchase Orders § Coordination with Vendors for deliveries
- This role is primarily responsible for handling all activities related to day to operations, coordination, updating statutory records (PEZA, Import, Customs, Insurance etc.) coordination with vendors for procurement, processing of Purchase Orders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience as a Purchasing Assistant within the Call Center industry is much preffered.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pasay City.
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
