RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitoring, consolidating and reporting sales, preparing monthly revenue reports, assisting in the preparation of quarterly forecast, annual budget and 5-year stratplan and performing financial analysis
• Preparation of purchase orders
• Examination and recording of TER's and PCF replenishment report
• Preparation of checks for local trade payables
• Monthly inventory reconciliation of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods
• Conduct periodic count to leading Pharma Drug Stores and Companies
• Monitoring of requisitions slips, ensuring that stocks requested by MDs are actulaly received by the MD and the corresponding RS were properly acknowledged

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Inventory Reconciliation.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
