FACILITIES ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Candidate will be responsible for Engineering and Maintenance (Building Administration, Security, Supplies)
• Candidate will be responsible for Planning and Management
• Handle technical inquiries and respond to service call
• Perform troubleshooting/preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities on site

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree(Environmental/Health/Safety/Engineering) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Maintenance, Planning, Management.
• Preferred skill(s): Administrative skills, Security, Inventory.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Pasay/Mall of Asia.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
• 2 Full-Time positions available.
