QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Candidate must possess strong customer service and problem solving skills.
• Highly proficient in computer and internet applications.
• Candidates that have at least completed three (3) years in college education in any course, or finished a two-year diploma or certificate course (associate, vocational or technical course) are also welcome to apply.
• Candidates must be willing to work in shifting schedule.
• Candidates must be willing to work in Makati/Mandaluyong & Quezon City.
• Candidates that have call center/customer service experience would be given priority.
