ASSISTANT FACILITIES MANAGER
(International Call Center)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for managing all aspects of the facility within the shift as well as overall co-ordination of the facility with Manager Facilities.
• AM Facilities deliverables include but are not restricted to ensuring a high level of customer service, flawless execution of tasks as per process laid down, vendor management, team management as well as working toward process improvement with the objective of increased efficiency /improved quality of service..

REQUIREMENTS:

• A graduate of bachelor's degree. Preferably Engineering graduates.
• With at least 3 - 4 years experience as a Facilities Supervisor in a Call Center.
• Has intensive background in Asset, Facilities and Maintenance Management.
• Knowledgeable in operational bugeting and waste management..
