Job Summary

The person in this role will lead the project management office (PMO) (planning, quality control and estimating) specialists by which will lead all production team and processes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead PMO (planning, scheduling, quality control and estimating).
  
• In the case of extreme necessity contact with clients.
• Facilitate the General Manager in most production issues.
• Work with HR Director to evaluate the stuff, in the case of necessity make appropriate changes.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Young, energetic, creative and steady professional with architectural background, must have more than 5 years experience in top management as in 3dsMax, Cad or architectural rendering companies.
• Working experience in companies with Project Management structure (architectural, construction or preferably architectural rendering) and with more than 100 employees.
  
• Outstanding skills in Project Management (planning, quality control, estimating).  
  
• Outstanding skills in every aspect of architectural rendering.
• Be ready to take a responsibility for every mistake made by the team.
  

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Age Preference : 30-40 years old
• Excellent spoken and written English.
