JOB SUMMARY

The person in this role will be responsible for finding, hiring, and building a world-class team project managers and 3D visualizers at our global production base in Manila.  This role reports directly to the General Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruiting, hiring, and firing (with the General Manager) a rapidly growing team of project managers and 3D visualizers.
• Creating a highly efficient HR team.
• Working with the General Manager and Production Manager to create HR policies that lead to a highly efficient world-class organization.
• Creating a staff development and training program that insures that our team remains as the forefront of the global rendering industry

   

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Young professional with 8-10 years experience in HR for rapidly growing 3dsMax, Cad outsourcing companies.
• Working familiarity with 3D technologies (3dsMax, Cad programs), as well as the 3D rendering community in the Philippines.
• Excellent contacts within the search and recruiting communities.
• Proven experience in creating HR programs and policies from scratch.
• Proven management experience running a team of people based on cross-checked references.
• Experience in a company that has grown from small to large.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience in composition of labor contracts.
• Working familiarity with every process and function of Project Management.
• Age Preference : 30-40 years old
