REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER, Indonesia

This position is responsible for the management and development of Network Agents in Indonesia. This will include the implementation of all strategies and tools designed to improve service quality and increase transaction volume and revenue. Primary responsibilities include planning, implementation and training of network agents to grow the business, evaluate service quality at the point of sale and optimize service delivery and new agent setup. Additional responsibilities include competitive analysis, trouble shooting of agent operations versus quality standards. An essential component of this role is the ability to be a self starter as well as the ability to operate effectively with colleagues in Marketing and business development. Reporting line is to the Regional Operations Manager – Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Singapore.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in operations or process management;
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering based or relevant Business disciplines (such as Operations Management);
• Experience in management of customer relationships, preferably in a financial services or other services related industry;
• Strong project management skills;
• Six Sigma knowledge or experienced is a preferance;
• Result-oriented team-player with excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to Travel up to 50%;
• Understand how to work in a multi-cultural matrix organization.
