QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER-SURABAYA BASED

Responsibilities:

• Validate testing methods and analytical equipments to ensure the methods and the equipments yield a consistent first time pass rate.
• Assess the nature of complaints and review production control system, identifying deficiency, in order to bring about improvement in the production performance.
• Define, implement, periodically review and carry out internal audit to ensure the systems in use comply with the local and international standard requirements
• Monitor quality of deliveries, plan and implement auditing in order to encourage the supplier to produce goods in line with the agreed purchase specifications and reduce the quantity of rejects on the packing line
• Carry out commercial stability testings on all products in the market to answer their qualities remain intact throughout their stated shelf lives.
• Set up and organize the safe keeping of all documents relevant to productions, SHE, laboratory and factory’s regulatory documents to enable updating, review of batch/analytical history, regulations that could affect factory operations
• Generates yearly improvement initiatives to achieve a safer, healthier work place in the laboratory, as well as improving lab’s productivity

Qualifications :

• S1 Pharmacy and having apothecary degree
• Completed the mandatory working (Masa Bakti Apoteker) and a licensed Pharmacist.
• Having experience in multinational Pharmaceutical companies;
• Knowledgeable in the use and management of the various laboratory equipments
• Proficient in the GMP standard and regulatory requirements including validation, calibration, qualification and documentation.
