Inspired by the success in the Philippines of our parent company, John Clements Consultants Inc, EDI-Staffbuilders International, Inc. started its humble beginnings in Bahrain in 1978 to answer a growing need for Filipino Engineers and other professionals in the Middle East.

Our wide range of experience in overseas recruitment and our proactive interaction with only the best international companies in various industries primed us for Globalization. Recruitment

Backed with more than 40 years of experience in overseas recruitment and with highly educated Recruitment Consultants from multi-disciplinary backgrounds as Account Managers plus POEA privileges that provide hassle-free Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) processing, we provide value for money services for you.

Processing and Documentation

Our Processing and Documentation Group (PDG) will facilitate the dispatch of your chosen candidates, including procedures required for overseas employment. We coordinate with the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) for accreditations and approvals; secure respective visas or work/entry permits from your country’s embassy in the Philippines, and coordinate with you regarding candidates’ flight schedules and assistance.
