Non-Citibank cardholders interested in applying must have Php 300,000 Gross Annual Income, and Citibank cardholders’ Gross Annual Income should be at least Php 180,000. Telephone landlines at home and at work are required. Employed applicants must submit a copy of their latest pay slip, latest credit card statement, along with the credit card number. A photocopy of all pages of the latest Income Tax Return (ITR) or W-2, and photocopy of both sides of a valid ID (Driver’s License, Passport, Company ID, or TIM) are also needed for identification purposes.

Self-employed applicants also need to submit their latest credit information (card number and credit statement), and their latest audited financial statements with a BIR or bank stamp. As above, photocopies of all the pages of the latest ITR and both sides of a valid ID are also required.
