With the rapidly rising need for skilled and competent call center agents, sourcing and tapping schools within the National Capital Region has become the norm. Tapping these talent pools takes several forms: job fairs with universities and schools, advertising available positions on daily newspapers and online job websites, and even stressing the need for a more stringent standard of English instruction within the schools.

The NCR, however, is not enough to fill this growing need for more agents. Sourcing outside of Metro Manila, therefore, is the next logical choice. Key cities and areas have been identified as possible sources of talents, assuring a steady stream of call center employees.
