Meet an Insider: Yardley Young

This month’s feature is on PT John Clements’s Sales and Recruitment Director, Yardley Young. Yardley started as a Recruitment Consultant in 1996, when the Country Manager was still Noel Javillonar. As she had a background in human resources, Yardley asked to be initially placed as a Recruitment Consultant, but was also trained in Sales by Mr. Javillonar, the Country Manager at the time. He had faith in her capability propelled her to do well in her job. She also significantly exceeded her revenue targets despite the monetary crisis in Indonesia in 1997.

When she was promoted to Group Managing Consultant in 2000, Yardley went on to bigger challenges, as Yardley believes that the measure of a person’s success is taken from the number of obstacles and stumbling blocks he or she encounters. It’s how one rises above them that makes one successful. These days, as Sales and Recruitment Director of PT John Clements Consultants, Indonesia, Yardley never stops in reaching new heights. Her watchful eye and ability to manage her accounts well had helped PT John Clements grow in recent years.

With Yardley Young at the helm, PT John Clements has no other way to go but up.
