Foot and Motorized Messengers
Our Foot and Motorized Messengers are at your disposal for delivery or pickup of parcels. For your comfort, it is our pleasure to manage all administrative requirements concerning delivery for the duration of the contract. Both Foot and Motorized Messengers can perform any of the following services:
Skip-Tracing Service (Motorized Personnel Only)
Having trouble contacting a customer? Do you feel unsure if the information you have is still valid or not? Our skip-tracing service will verify and update the information you have, and assess the possibility of this client of becoming active again.
On-Site Verification Service (Motorized Personnel Only)
We conduct actual home or office visits to your prospective customers prior to credit approval. We give unbiased recommendations based on your criteria and requirements.
Third-Party Collection Service
We also offer messengerial services involving Statements of Accounts, Collection Scheduling, Cheque Collection, issuance of either Official Receipts (O.R.) or Provisional Receipts (P.R.), and collection remittance. This service is always performed by qualified and trained collectors. Your security is assured, as no cash is handled by our personnel.
Temporary or Outsourced Messengerial Services
The above services are available as temporary or outsourced services. It is our responsibility to manage all administrative requirements throughout the duration of the contract. Billing will be on a monthly basis.
On-Call Messengerial Service
For your more urgent courier needs, we can have Foot or Motorized Messengers on standby, ready to meet your pickup and delivery requirements for peak periods or as the need arises. Just inform us ahead of time and help will be on the way. Billing is on a daily basis.
Per-Piece Delivery
For your bulk delivery needs, we offer Per-Piece Delivery. Whether Standard or Customized, you will be billed on the rate per mailer, based on the number of mailers you send. We require a minimum of 15 deliveries per pick-up. Our area of coverage is within Metro Manila only.
Mailroom Outsourcing
As our most recent offering, this bundled service will customize your mailroom requirements. Our support staff will administer your clerical and courier needs, and encode, sort, print and track your documents. This is a worry-free mailroom service that we can customize to your individual requirements.
