It has been more than a decade since PT John Clements Consultants was established in the search firm industry. Being a strong and reliable brand in the market, the company’s strength was recognized by the customers and let it brave the 1997 economic crisis.

PT John Clements Indonesia decided to take the first step of strategic planning held in January 2005, resulting in a vision for the next five years.

The vision and mission statement for 2010 clearly states the company’s ambitions:

We are a member of the John Clements Group Worldwide.

We have a mission to build a premier one stop HR solution provider in Indonesia through Recruitment, Outsourcing, Training and Consultancy Services.

We are committed to providing quality and value-added services to our clients and stakeholders through the continuous enforcement of our corporate and employee core values: Integrity, a Customer-Oriented Focus, Energy, Cooperation and Adaptability to Change.

Our top three success factors are: a strong & consistent commitment from shareholders, management, officers and all employees; the consistent implementation of good corporate governance principles and the reinforcement of employee core values; and outstanding service quality.

With our core values in our hearts and our key success factors in our sights, we shall achieve Vision 2010.

In line with Vision 2010, PT John Clements Consultants created new strategic business unit: Training and Consultancy. To this end, the company will work with PT Risk Management Andalan (RiskMan) in serving the training needs of the banking industry.

2006 marks a challenging and exciting year for PT John Clements Consultants Indonesia as well as to its valuable and loyal customers.
