English Trainers Are Always Welcome
By Paul Catiang

In a time when the demand for call centers is high and the need for highly skilled talents rises every day, English trainers become more and more critical to the fulfillment of this demand.

John Clements, in keeping with its commitment to bridging the human resources gap in the BPO industry, is looking for native or near-native speakers of English for contract positions working as corporate trainers. The human resources firm has a large client base that requires many different forms of training, including advanced-level English, business and email writing, customer care and sales, communication techniques and many others.

“Motivated and experienced people can best help us serve our clients in the classroom to prepare their employees to work with their native English speaking clients,” says Chris Kohlwes, Director for Training at John Clements.

Trainers are required to have a bachelor's degree or higher, and it is preferable that they have had previous training experience. English teaching experience is also a plus.
