BPA/P Goes to ATA Convention in Florida

From October 8 to 11, 2006, the American Teleservices Association (ATA) will be holding its 2006 expo and convention at the Disney Coronado Springs Resort in Orlando, Florida. Participating in this event is the Business Process Association of the Philippines (BPA/P), which will be represented by a delegation comprised individuals from its member organizations.
Through this convention, the ATA aims to increase its members' understanding of the Ideal Customer Experience and employ it in their daily processes. As the BPA/P services a good number of ATA member firms, the organization's attendance at the convention is a must.
Representing the BPA/P at the ATA expo and convention are people from Logicall, Quisumbing Torres, Colliers, Plantronics, BayanTel, Gateway Network Solutions, Cisco Systems, the Siemon Company, Advanced Contact Solutions, Sterling, WinSource Solutions (Philippines) Inc., INNOVE, the Call Center Academy of the Philippines and of course the BPA/P/. |
