Both the software and various measures contained within it have been developed by Psytech International, a leading test publisher in the UK with representation in various countries around the word.

Assessment and Development are based on competencies, which are associated with effective job performance. Competencies provide a frame of reference against which individuals are assessed, and against which they can plan their development.

Assessment Center is designed to make clients make the best decisions when recruiting and promoting employees. The techniques to be used are computer-based testing, in-depth interview and simulation exercises. These are proven valid, objective, scientifically tested, reliable and work relevant.
